How long does delivery take?
Each bottle is individually blended by me with care and plant love. Please allow up to 7 working days from ordering for postal delivery. I’ll let you know when your herbs are on their way. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer. Postage is $15 Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, free clinic pickup is available. Each bottle is lovingly blended by me especially for your order, so please allow up to 3 working days for it to be ready. I’ll let you know when your herbs are ready and send the pickup box location and collection instructions privately. You can collect from the box 24/7 once notified. 🌿
How should I store my herbs once they arrive?
Store all herb products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most tinctures maintain their potency for many years when stored properly.
Herbal Teas are best used within 1-2 years. Each product includes specific storage instructions on the label.
What if my herbs arrive damaged or I'm not satisfied?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged or you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer a full refund or replacement for damaged items. Your satisfaction and wellness journey are our top priorities.
