Making herbal blends individually takes time, so please allow up to 3 working days for clinic pickup, or up to 7 working days from ordering for postal delivery. Can I pick up my order from the clinic?

Free clinic pickup is available. Please allow up to 3 business days for preparation. You will receive notification privately when ready for collection.

This will include pickup box location and instructions. The box is accessible 24/7 once your order is ready.

When will my order be delivered?

Each bottle is individually blended with care and full of plant love. Please allow up to 7 working days from ordering for postal delivery.

I’ll let you know when your herbs are on their way. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer. Postage is $15 Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100.

Can I Return my product?

For change of mind, or mistaken purchase, orders can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are returned in original unopened resalable condition.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. But accidents happen. Please contact with a photo of damage and goods will be replaced free of charge
